Because our services involve direct intellectual analysis, manual legal due diligence, sub-registrar search fee payments, and technical site-visit expenses, we enforce the following Refund and Cancellation Policy:
1. Professional Verification Audits
- No Refunds After Commencement: Once payment is processed and our team initiates the sub-registrar title retrieval, document inspection, or scheduling of the technical civil engineer's site visit, the fee is strictly **non-refundable**. This is because resources are allocated and hard expenses are immediately incurred.
- Cancellations Before Commencement: If you request a cancellation within 2 hours of payment and before our legal or technical team has reviewed your uploaded documents or booked a site visit, a partial refund may be issued (subject to a deduction of 10% for bank processing fees and initial administrative setup costs).
2. 2-Day Live Workshop Registrations
- All registrations and tickets for the 2-Day Live Workshop (priced at ₹299 or as listed at checkout) are **strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable**.
- Since we hold limited seats for each live session and maintain active seat reservation urgency, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded if you fail to attend the live workshop.
- If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact our support team at least 24 hours *prior* to the workshop to request a one-time rescheduling to the next available workshop cohort (subject to availability).
3. Consultation Services
Fees paid for 1-on-1 private advisory sessions, RERA compliance consultations, or customized portfolio risk reviews are non-refundable once the advisory call or document audit has taken place.
4. Process for Approved Refunds
For any cancellations approved under Section 1 (prior to service commencement):
- Refund requests must be sent via email to **info@valuenomics.in** with your transaction details and order ID.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking) within **5 to 7 business days**, in accordance with standard gateway settlement policies.
